International travellers departing from English airports could face £200 fines if they do not produce a "Declaration to Travel" document.

From 8th March, travellers must produce the form detailing why they are exempt from lockdown regulations. It's available to download at gov.uk.

Reasons listed for legally permitted international travel include:

• work
• volunteering
• education
• medical or compassionate grounds
• weddings, funerals and related events
