करीब डेढ़ महीने की छुट्टियों के बाद कल यूपी में स्कूल खुले। बच्चे जब स्कूल पहुंचे तो हैरान हो गए। आज उनके स्वागत में सारे शिक्षक, फूल मालाओं के साथ खड़े थे। इससे पहले कि बच्चों को कुछ समझ में आता, शिक्षकों ने धड़ाधड़ सभी बच्चों को माला पहनानी शुरू कर दी, सभी को तिलक लगाना शुरू कर दिया। ऐसा नहीं है कि किसी 1-2 स्कूल में ऐसा हुआ हो। प्रदेश के लगभग हर स्कूल में ये विशेष आयोजन किया गया था। दरअसल स्कूल में बच्चों का स्वागत तिलक लगाकर या फूलों की वर्षा करके किया गया था। लेकिन अब तिलक लगाने को लेकर विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। स्कूल में जितने भी बच्चे आए थे, उनको तिलक लगाया गया। इसमें मुस्लिम और अन्य धर्मों के बच्चे भी शामिल हैं। अभिभावकों का तर्क है कि हिंदू बच्चों के अलावा, अन्य धर्मों के बच्चों को तिलक लगाना गलत है। ये वैसा ही है जैसे किसी स्कूल में सभी बच्चियों को हिजाब पहनकर आने के लिए कहना, या सभी बच्चों को नमाज पढ़वाना।
