'This is a Westminster problem': ASLEF's Mick Whelan on strike action

ASLEF General Secretary Mick Whelan says its members are taking strike action because they are the "only train union that hasn't been offered a settlement".

He tells Sky's Kay Burley it is a "Westminster problem driven by the government who doesn't care about the travelling public, workers on the railway or the tax payer".
