Labour's deputy leader Angela Rayner and Paymaster General Michael Ellis face each other in the Commons as Ms Rayner accuses Downing Street of being in an "ethical vacuum".

However Mr Ellis said Boris Johnson always acted correctly in his dealing with the appointment of deputy Chief Whip Chris Pincher, who has stood down from his role following allegations of drunken groping.
