Texas power outage revealed inequalities, says resident

At least 30 people are dead, and several million are still without power in the U.S. after days of extreme weather. Texas resident Diana Gomez takes us through her experience and explains how the blackout has revealed inequalities, as certain parts of Austin remain lit, while others are still in the dark.
