'Take ownership,' says Saskatchewan MLA and survivor on government's role in residential schools

Saskatchewan Centre MLA and residential school survivor Betty Nippi-Albright tells CBC's chief political correspondent, Rosemary Barton, that federal and provincial governments need to build trust with First Nations by helping secure the release of residential school documents and including First Nations leadership in the development of policy and programs.
