बदलाव नहीं मंजूर..भाईजान मांगे शरिया क़ानून... ये हम नहीं कह रहे... कुछ ऐसा ही कहना है ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड का... दरअसल, तलाकशुदा मुस्लिम महिलाओं को गुजारा भत्ता देने के फैसले को ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती देने का ऐलान किया है... दिल्ली में हुई बैठक के बाद AIMPLB ने बयान जारी कर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को शाहबानो केस जैसा बताया... और कहा कि ये फैसला शरीयत कानून में मतभेद पैदा करने वाला है... और ये भी कहा कि मुस्लिमों को मजहब के मुताबिक ज़िंदगी जीने का अधिकार है... साथ ही AIMPLB ने उत्तराखंड के UCC को धार्मिक आजादी के खिलाफ बताते हुए उसे भी चुनौती देने का ऐलान किया... इस बीच यूपी के सीएम योगी आदित्यानाथ ने एक बार फिर साफ किया है कि यूपी में सभी के लिए कानून समान है...किसी के साथ किसी तरह का कोई भेदभाव नहीं... लेकिन अब नियम के तहत ही त्योहार मनाने होंगे... उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि पहले मुहर्रम में सड़क खाली हो जाती थी... उपद्रव होते थे... लेकिन अब उस पर लगाम कसी जा चुकी है... अब आपको बताते हें कि आखिर आज की ये बहस क्यों हो रही है...

Along with this, AIMPLB called Uttarakhand's UCC against religious freedom and announced to challenge it too... Meanwhile, UP CM Yogi Adityanath has once again made it clear that the law is equal for everyone in UP... there is no discrimination of any kind against anyone... but now festivals will have to be celebrated as per the rules... He also said that earlier the roads used to become empty during Muharram... there used to be riots... but now it has been controlled... Now let us tell you why this debate is happening today...
