Sudan's army says it is planning to withdraw from ceasefire talks with the paramilitary Rapid support forces - before they begin.

More than one million Sudanese have fled since the fighting began in mid-April to neighbouring countries.

About 420,000 have sought refuge in neighbouring Chad.
