Stonehaven: Network Rail fined £6.7m over fatal train crash

Network Rail has been fined £6.7m after pleading guilty to health and safety failings over a train crash near Stonehaven in northeast Scotland that killed three people.

Train driver Brett McCullough, 45, conductor Donald Dinnie, 58, and passenger Christopher Stuchbury, 62, died after the train derailed after it hit a landslide following heavy rain. Sky's Matthew Thompson reports.
