Sir Keir Starmer has made it clear that his predecessor Jeremy Corbyn will not stand for Labour at the next general election.

Mr Corbyn, while still a Labour member, has not been part of the parliamentary party for a number of years after disagreeing with the Equality and Human Rights Commission's (EHRC) findings on antisemitism.
