More than 800,000 South Sudanese had fled long-running conflicts in their homeland across the border to Sudan.

But the recent violence in Sudan has prompted thousands to return, leading to a major humanitarian and logistical crisis.

Aid agencies are appealing for an additional $96m to assist the enormous influx of people who are arriving at transit camps near the border.

Al Jazeera’s Haru Mutasa reports from Juba, South Sudan.
