SNP treasurer Colin Beattie has stepped down from his role after becoming the second party executive to be arrested as part of an investigation into the party's funding and finances.

The police inquiry, named Operation Branchform, is looking into whether £666,953 worth of money raised since 2017 specifically for a second independence referendum has been improperly spent on other activities.

Sky's Scotland correspondent Connor Gillies takes a look at how the last few weeks have unfolded as the investigation continues.
