Organisers of a vigil for Sarah Everard have lost a legal challenge after the Metropolitan Police said that the gathering would be unlawful.

The police officer, Wayne Couzens, charged with the kidnap and murder of Sarah Everard is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court.
