The man accused of murdering Sir David Amess has been found guilty.

Ali Harbi Ali stabbed the 69-year-old Conservative MP at a constituency surgery in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex last October.

Following a trial at the Old Bailey, the 26-year-old was also convicted of preparing acts of terrorism.
