Pope Francis has blessed the family of murdered Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh in Vatican City.
A special memorial mass was then held for the Palestinian American. Shireen was targeted and shot dead by Israeli forces while on assignment in the occupied West Bank in May.
