The administration at Al Shifa Hospital says dozens of newborn babies are at risk. Meant to be kept in incubators, the babies are now wrapped in blankets without oxygen, and temperature regulation is critical for their survival. Al Shifa's director, Dr. Mohammad Abu Salmiya, says he requested to evacuate the babies to a safe place, but Israel has not responded. The hospital has suspended operations and is under siege by Israeli tanks and snipers.
