Opposition parties in Senegal are refusing to take part in talks aimed at establishing a new date for the presidential election.
They say the proposed talks are a ploy by President Macky Sall to cling onto power.
Sall caused outrage last month by cancelling Sunday's election, hours before the start of campaigning.
