The husband of former Scottish National Party leader Nicola Sturgeon has been arrested by police investigating alleged irregularities in the party finances.
Peter Murrell, who resigned as SNP's chief executive last month, was taken into police custody for questioning, while a number of addresses were searched by detectives.
