Millions of Ukrainians have fled and indiscriminate bombing of cities and civilian centres continue, prompting comparisons with the Chechnyan war. Kimberly Marten, political science professor at Barnard College at Columbia University joins to discuss the invasion and what can be gleaned from Russia’s past aggressions.
