Russia's President Vladimir Putin is blaming the Moscow concert hall shooting on what he called 'Islamist radicals.'
139 people were killed in the attack on Friday.

Seven suspects - including a father and his two sons - have been charged with 'complicity in a terror attack'.
One of the sons is allegedly the owner of the car that the gunmen used to reach the venue, and to escape.
