Reservation has become a bone of contention since political parties started to use this tool in order to win votes and woo the voters. Recently, the Harayana government has provided 75% reservation in private jobs in the state. On this constitution expert, KTS Tulsi has said that Indian citizens have the right to reside & settle in any part of India and seek employment.
