Ghazi Hammad, member of Hamas’s political bureau, is now talking live on Al Jazeera.

He says the armed group is committed to the four-day truce agreement and is willing to release all captives in exchange for release of all Palestinians prisoners in Israeli jails.

He says the group is currently working on a possible extension of the truce together with other partners.

“Our priority is to stop the aggression against our people. We want to stop this genocide in Gaza,” he said.
