Queen Elizabeth II attended a Thanksgiving service to mark the centenary of the Royal British Legion charity in London on Tuesday.
The Queen was joined by her daughter, Princess Anne, at Westminster Abbey in central London.
The service highlighted the work of the charity over the century, which supports members and veterans of the armed forces.
The Royal British Legion is most widely known as the organizer of the nationwide Poppy Appeal, which encourages small donations in exchange for a red paper flower that represents the country's war dead.
