Qatar’s senior negotiator to Sky News: 'Hamas hostages can be released in days if fighting pauses'

Speaking exclusively to Sky News, Qatar's Minister of State Mohmmad Al Khulaifi said he believes all civilian hostages in Gaza can be released in the coming days but a pause in the fighting is needed.

There are 224 hostages currently being held in Gaza, the Israeli military has said.

The IDF are overseeing a complete blockade of the strip, saying it will continue to do so until Hamas releases its hostages.
