Farmers Protest: The standoff between protesting farmers and the police at Gazipur border in Delhi continues, even as the Uttar Pradesh government asked farmers to end their protest and return home. However, the farmers have said they are determined to stay and more are expected to join them. The opposition parties have said they will boycott the President's address in parliament today in solidarity with farmers protesting against the new farm laws. The budget session of parliament begins today.
