Priti Patel 'did not breach ministerial code' as bullying report author resigns

The Prime Minister has ruled the Home Secretary did not breach the ministerial code following an inquiry into bullying accusations against her.

Meanwhile, the government's independent adviser on standards, who authored the report - has quit.
