Prince Harry's lawsuit against The Sun publisher can go to trial

A High Court ruled today the Duke of Sussex can bring his damages claim for "unlawful information gathering" against News Groups newspapers, who owned the now defunct News Of The World.

However, the judge threw out his case in relation to phone hacking, which the publishers said was "a significant victory".
