Prime Time With Ravish Kumar - February 9, 2022: On Prime Time, we take a look at how lakhs of vacancies in central government institutions have remained held up for over two years. Many recruitments announced as early as two years ago haven't made any progress owing to tests being postponed citing coronavirus pandemic as the reason. Retired Army Captain Atul Kulshreshtha who coaches candidates for recruitment into the army says that recruitments into the army that were to have happened during 2021-22 have not completed because of exams being cancelled in the name of COVID; however, he says several army recruitment offices (AROs) continued to conduct tests.
