Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Joe Biden have been pictured together ahead of a summit in Geneva.

The meeting comes at the end of Mr Biden's first foreign trip as US president which has taken him to Cornwall for the G7 meeting and Brussels for separate NATO and EU summits.
