After struggling for many years, after training with the first batch of Usha Silai School Program in 2011, Preeti is master trainer now. She had even managed to open a shop outside her village but then due to the pandemic she had to shut it. Over the years, Usha team has become a family for Preeti. She cannot thank them enough for all the support she got from them be it emotional or professional. In the past 9 years more than 6.75 lakh women have been trained, who in turn have trained others in their villages. It's nothing short of a revolution that empowers women through economic opportunities and gives them a sense of self-worth.
