PMQs: PM asked to apologise after High Court COVID care home ruling

When asked in PMQs if he would apologise to the families of people who died in care homes during the pandemic, the Prime Minister said he wished to renew his "apologies and sympathies".

He added though, that the start of the pandemic was "a difficult time" and "we didn't know COVID could be transmitted asymptotically".
