Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi today. He is scheduled to inaugurate Rudraksha International Convention Centre at Sigra and will give gifts worth Rs 1500 crores. This is why security arrangements are in place and the Special Protection Group (SPG) has also reached Varanasi.
