The shadow Northern Ireland Secretary has told Sky News that Boris Johnson and his government are losing their "authority" and the Prime Minister is to blame for failing services in the UK.

Peter Kyle said Mr Johnson is "untrustworthy" and "incompetent" and partygate has exposed his "character flaws" which Mr Kyle suggests is why crime and public services are being "mismanaged".
