Seven hospital officials in Pakistan's Peshawar city have been suspended - after at least six coronavirus patients died from a shortage of oxygen.
The director of the facility is among those accused of negligence.
About 200 patients, including nearly 100 with COVID-19, were affected by the disruption to supplies.

Al Jazeera’s Laura Burdon-Manley reports.
