Ottawa looking at ways to make CERB repayment easier, says employment minister

Employment Minister Carla Qualtrough said the federal government was considering making CERB repayments smaller and payable over a longer period of time to help Canadians who may find repaying improperly collected COVID-19 benefits difficult.
