As Ontario's third COVID-19 wave shows signs of finally calming, the province has unveiled gradual re-opening plans which will rely on vaccination rates.

The plan, announced by Premier Doug Ford on Thursday, will gradually guide the province out of public health restrictions with some outdoor activities like golf and tennis as well as small outdoor gatherings allowed as soon as May 22, but some residents are lukewarm to the plan as other aspects of the economy won't be opening as soon as people had hoped.

As Eric Sorensen reports, Ontarians are eager for the changes to come but still are staying cautious as some don't want to end back in lockdown because the province moved too fast to open up.
