In 2015, when the Truth and Reconciliation Commission outlined 94 calls to action, newly-elected Prime Minister Justin Trudeau pledged to implement them all.
But six years later, only eight have been completed. And with Trudeau vacationing in Tofino with family on the inaugural National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, he’s being judged on his actions, not his word. David Akin reports.
