Simone Biles, the most decorated U.S. women's gymnast in history, has withdrawn from two events at the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

The decision has been met with widespread support, as more elite athletes begin showing strength by putting self care first. Canadian gymnast Ellie Black is one of them. Crystal Goomansingh reports.
