Sir Ivan Rogers, the UK's former ambassador to the EU, says it is 'odds against' that a deal will be agreed today but that doesn't mean talks will break down completely.

Speaking to Sky's Sophy Ridge, he said: "The level playing field has always been the issue, the potential breaking point."
