NRI voters might soon get an option to vote via postal ballots. EC has sought permission from the Central government over the same. NRI voters will then play an important role in elections. This might increase the competiton between political parties as well to gain NRI votes. NRI votes are around 60 lakhs. Watch report to know more about the same.
