Norway’s left-leaning opposition parties have begun talks to form a new coalition government.
The alliance led by Jonas Gahr Store won a landslide victory in the general election, which was dominated by the climate crisis and the future of the country’s huge oil and gas industry.
The talks will be tricky, with more left-wing parties anxious to move towards a green economy, while Labour preferring a gradual transition.
