Although Rishi Sunak and Ursula Von Der Leyen both agreed 'very good progress' had been made on the Northern Ireland Protocol, an issue which has paralysed power-sharing and toxified Britain's relationship with the EU, the prime minister was clear that the deal is not yet over the line.
