Gov. Gavin Newsom spoke one-on-one with KCRA Wednesday to discuss his plans to expand health care for small businesses and undocumented immigrants. The governor estimates his health care plan would cost about $330 million. Newsom also wants to expand health coverage to undocumented immigrants up to the age of 26.
