Nearly all hospitals in Gaza city are out of service as Israeli troops lay siege

Hamas says it is ready to release up to 70 women and children its holding in Gaza, in exchange for a five-day truce to allow for aid deliveries.
In Gaza City, nearly all hospitals have fallen out of service.
With no electricity, no water, and critically low supplies, they're unable to treat the wounded, despite the continuing influx of patients.
