NATO allies pledged additional air-defence systems for Ukraine, answering its calls for international assistance. The plans are underway, and NATO has not yet confirmed any details. Jens Stoltenberg, the alliance's secretary general, says the need is not only for new systems but making sure they are fully operational, ‘a full package, a sustainment.'
