NATO alliance under threat of complete breakup

A US military outpost in southern Syria was reportedly hit in a "deliberate and coordinated attack." At least one death and several injuries were reported. This comes after Syria's opposition leaders call for a cease-fire after a long civil war. NATO officials meet in Brussels to discuss situations in Syria, Afghanistan, and Russia.
