Moscow attack: 4 visibly-injured suspects in concert hall shooting appear in court

The four suspects, accused of the deadliest attack in Russia in two decades, appeared in court on March 24 and 25.

They appeared to have bruises and other injuries, along with one suspect sitting in a wheelchair, but the cause of the injuries remains unclear.

The Kremlin also said on Monday that it was not taking part in discussions about restoring the death penalty, broached by top allies of President Vladimir Putin.

Plus, on Monday, teams of Russian rescue crews continued to clean up debris from the concert hall, Crocus City Hall, where the attack took place, which resulted in the deaths of at least 137 people. Terrorist group ISIS claimed the attack.
