"In Delhi, education and health have been our priority sector. We formed the first government in 2015 and since then we started spending 25% of the budget on education and 20% on health. After witnessing the waves of Covid pandemic, I now wonder if we had not spent on health in the last six-seven years in the form of mohalla clinics, medical colleges, what the situation would have been during covid.
