मोदी सरनेम मामले में कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी को सूरत कोर्ट से राहत नहीं मिली है। 2019 के मानहानि मामले में राहुल की अर्ज़ी को ख़ारिज कर दिया गया है। इसी सिलसिले में बीजेपी प्रवक्ता संबित पात्रा ने प्रेस कांफ्रेंस की और कहा कि, 'गांधी परिवार का अहंकार टूटा'.
