Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley says he accepts the findings of the Casey Review, but won't use the term "institutionally" racist to describe the force.

"We have a real problem here. We have misogyny, homophobia and racism in the organisation", Sir Mark told Sky News' Kay Burley.
